The calls and protests by the Indigenous People of Biafra and other such groups, received some attention in the British House of Commons.
In a motion called Early Day Motion 808 and titled Biafra Independence, Elliott, Tom moved a motion that urged the British government to support the bid for the creation of a Biafra Republic by urging the Nigerian government to conduct a referendum.
The motion which was supported by Kinahan, Danny read
“That this House recognizes the calls for the independence of territories that constituted the Biafra Republic; acknowledges the Biafran issue could be improved with the co-operation of the Nigerian government by offering a referendum; and urges the Foreign and Commonwealth Office to use its diplomatic strength to assist in the resolution of this matter.”

Will the evils of present Nigeria not be transferred to Biafra since they could & would be the same characters/ qualities of politicians that prevailed in Nigeria that could be involved in Biafra administration? Will there be rule of law? Will the flamboyant arrogant shows characteristic in present Nigeria politicians not be worse or be controlled? Will the reasons or causes for call of Biafra nation be remembered, bourne in mind in Biafra politics, rulership/administration, embodied in Biafra Constitution & respected? Will the law officers, particularly the police/army, keep & operate within the realm of life & property protection? Finally, CORRUPTIONS ???? AMUC.

Yes my brother. God has heard the cry of the blood of innocent men, women, children,and pregnant women with their unborn babies that this hausa Fulani slaughtered all in the name of their religion.
